Admissions Process

Ivy Montessori School is fully committed to making our enrolment as open and straightforward as possible. We accept applications at any time. Children accepted into our program may begin on the first day of the Fall Term in September or on the first day of the Winter Term in January. 

Upon request, families on the Waitlist will be shown their status on the list while protecting the privacy of all applicants. There is no fee to place a child’s name on the Waitlist.

2. Book A Tour

This is a great opportunity to see the classroom in action! We highly encourage you to visit with your child, to determine if IMS is the right fit for your family. 

Tours are offered Monday – Friday and are approximately 30 minutes in length.

3. Submit Your Waitlist Application

We accept applications at any time. Children accepted into our program may begin on the first day of the Fall Term in September or on the first day of the Winter Term in January. 

Complete yours here – there’s no fee and allows us to keep in touch. 

Families will be notified by email when a space has become available.

Age for Enrolment is between 2.5 - 3.5 years old. A child older than 4 years old may enroll if transferring from another Montessori School.
If your child lives at two separate residences, please list both.
Health Information
Does your child have any medical, physical or other special needs or allergies?
Is your child toilet trained?
Children must be minimum 2.5 years old and reliably toilet trained prior to the first day of school - upon acceptance into the program.

I/we agree that both parents have consented to being placed on a waitlist.
I/we understand and accept that submitting a waitlist does not confirm a spot at Ivy Montessori but acts as a method of contact for when a spot becomes available.

4. Enrolment Process

Children accepted into our program may begin on the first day of the Fall term in September or on the first day of the Winter Term in January. 

An annual non-refundable Registration Fee of $350 is required with a completed Application Form to hold your child’s spot when one becomes available.  

Once the Application Form and Fee are returned, you will be given an Enrolment Package to be completed and returned ahead of your child’s first day.
